paddocks are only metres away, making viewing and contact

ponies right outside your doorstep.

The Cottages are perfectly situated to give framed Panoramic
Views of the Mountain and Lake looking up the South
Arm of Lake te Anau with the deer grazing in the foreground.

Tranquility:
When we say seclusion we mean it; the nearest house
to ours is 1.5 km away. Tutoko Lane is a private lane
meaning no through traffic. Just your cottage and one
other. We are a five minute drive away from suburban
Te Anau where there is an abundance of accommodation.
Our cottages have no suburbia issues such as road noise,
restricted views, lack of privacy and late night revellers.

| Children:
We have a young family and know that children sometimes
just want to play. We are well set up with activities
to keep the young ones busy with a trampoline, feeding
the chooks or playing on the swings or in the playhouse,
giving you a chance to put your feet up. |

| Fishing: Just a 5 minutes walk from your cottage is the Upukeroa river which borders our farm. We've had many trout caught in it from our guests! |
