Reservation and cancellation policy:

• a non refundable deposit of 1 night will be taken for a booking of 3 nights or more.
  
• credit card information required to secure a reservation.
• cancellation less than 1 week out incurs a 2 night charge.
• cancellation less than 2 weeks out incurs a one night charge.
• special cancellation policy for peak season (1st november-30th march), holiday weekends, and all long bookings (five nights or more) - a 2 night charge will be taken if cancellation is less than 4 weeks out.
• the above points also apply to date changes as that often still leaves us having already turned other bookings away.
